Control-Oriented Modeling and Simulation of Large-Scale Electric Vehicle Battery Packs

Summary:

Already during the development phase of vehicle batteries it is of advantage to have a computationally efficient model. For battery monitoring the model performance is crucial. On this poster, a novel matrix-vector-based framework for efficient modeling and simulation of large-scale battery packs is presented. Due to the new modeling approach the model manages the trade-off between high detailing and low computational effort.
